A Handful of Scattered Photos
I've had a folder of photos on my desktop for awhile. I finally took a look at it and discovered a treasure trove of photos from our various adventures. It will take me awhile to process all of them, but here's a teaser of a few miscellaneous shots.
These first two were taken in February. One shows snow-capped mountains in the distance, and the other the snow-covered front garden of our home.

These next two photos were taken in spring after I bought a new super telephoto lens for my camera. I shot them from our apartment window.
I think this is a buddleia. The entire tree was festooned in these lovely white flowers. It was a very pretty sight in our garden for a couple of weeks in early spring.
This female house sparrow was sitting on the feeder in the garden right behind ours. Our bungalow in the Lochardil neighborhood featured a nice array of birds. But here, all we get are wood pigeons, crows, blackbirds, the occasional robin, and dozens of house sparrows. We're only about a mile away, so it's bizarre that we don't have as many different birds. Still, the sparrows are fun to watch. Especially in the spring when they make their nests all around the gutters of our building. The males get quite annoyed at Myrddin and Nimue when they sit in the windows.
